    Calendar Days to Return

    From the date you receive the product

    Return Conditions

    Accepted

    • Unworn and unwashed product
    • With all original tags
    • In original or equivalent packaging
    • Request within 7 calendar days

    Not Accepted

    • Used or washed products
    • Products without tags
    • Products damaged by the customer
    • Customized products (with name/number) — except manufacturing defects
    • Requests after 7 calendar days from receipt

    How to Return

    Request a Return

    Go to "My Orders" in your account, select the order and click "Request Return". Or just message us on WhatsApp and we'll help!

    Prepare the Shipment

    For manufacturing defects, we send a shipping label and cover the cost. For other cases (wrong size, didn't like it), return shipping to our distribution center is at your expense.

    Ship the Product

    Pack the product carefully (with original tags!) and take it to a post office.

    Receive Your Refund or New Product

    After we receive and inspect the product, the refund is processed in 5-7 business days or we ship the new size.

    Refund

    The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used:

    • PIX: Refund within 3 business days
    • Credit Card: Refund within 2 billing cycles

    The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card operator's policy.
