    You have 7 calendar days after receiving to request a return.

    Unused product

    The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

    Manufacturing defect

    If it's a defect, Foltz covers return shipping and all costs.

    Size exchange

    Exchanges are accepted, but return shipping to the distribution center is at the customer's expense.

    Customized products

    Customized products cannot be returned (except for manufacturing defects).

    Delivery guarantee

    If the order doesn't arrive in 30-45 business days, we refund 100% hassle-free.

    Return Process

    Start the request

    Go to "My Orders" and select the product to return.

    Prepare the package

    Pack the product with original tags and unused.

    Ship the package

    For manufacturing defects, we send a label and cover shipping. For other cases, you ship to our distribution center.

    Receive the refund

    We process the refund in 5-7 business days.

    Shipping Questions

    Can I change the delivery address after purchase?

    Yes! If your order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible to make the change.

    What happens if I'm not home when it arrives?

    The carrier attempts delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package goes to a pickup point near you.

    How do I track my order?

    We send an email with the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped. You can also check in your account.
